Scuba Diving Equipment
Scuba diving equipment is made to allow a diver to move freely underwater, without the need to be tethered to an above water air supply. In fact, the acronym “SCUBA” refers to the primary goal of this equipment (Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus). And of all the various pieces of diving equipment, the breathing equipment is the most important.
The regulator and oxygen tanks are the most vital pieces of scuba diving equipment. Without them, a diver would only be able to stay underwater for a few minutes, at most. This being said, there are other pieces of equipment that will also be needed.
A mask and a set of fins are also essential pieces of scuba diving equipment. The fins are what allow a diver to move through the water. Masks are vital to anyone that actually wants to see what’s going on around them.
